How I Became…this person
I’m Noah Dahlien, ACC
My path has not been linear. I’ve moved through opera, visual art, writing, teaching, UX, strategy, and leadership across tech, logistics, finance, retail, education, and the arts.
This isn’t a resume, its a range that shapes how I work. I understand reinvention, complexity, and the in‑between places where identity and direction shift.
Alongside my coaching practice, I maintain an active visual art and writing practice exploring emotional architecture, mythic symbolism, and the physics of change. These creative disciplines shape how I listen, reflect, and help people navigate the in‑between spaces where identity and direction evolve.
My coaching practice exists because I believe people already hold the raw material for their next move.
Coaching creates the space to see it, trust it, and act on it.
My Approach
I don’t hand out answers. I walk alongside you. My role is to create space for clarity to surface, through deep listening, thoughtful inquiry, and a process that honors your pace.
