Explore praxen
Step into a space where clarity unfolds, gently and with care.
Who I am
I’m Noah. I’ve spent over 20 years inside creative process—design, art, theatre. I’ve learned how to stay with the unknown, how to listen for nuance, how to move with care.
That same sensibility lives in my coaching. I created Praxen for people who need space to hear themselves again. This is coaching for those who move differently.
I’m currently completing my training through an ICF-accredited program (Learning Journeys) and will be sitting for my ACC credential in the coming months. My practice is shaped by narrative coaching, creative inquiry, and a commitment to presence over performance.
My Approach
I don’t offer advice. I walk alongside. My role is to hold space for your own clarity to surface—through deep listening, thoughtful inquiry, and a process that honors your pace.
This work is intuitive. It’s creative. It’s shaped by what you bring. Whether you’re blocked, shifting, or simply trying to hear yourself again, we move together—powerfully, intentionally, and with care.
Curious how this might feel for you? Let’s begin with a single session.
How we move together
Each session moves through a quiet arc—not rigid, but rhythmic.
Settling In – We begin by creating space. You choose how you want to show up.
Presence – We reflect on what’s stirring, what’s alive, what’s asking to be seen.
Exploration – We follow the thread of your experience—what’s happening, what it means, what’s emerging.
Integration – We notice what’s shifted. You name what feels clear, what’s next, what you want to carry forward.
Tending the Edge – We pause at the threshold. We mark what’s been opened, and leave space for what’s still unfolding.
This isn’t performance. It’s not productivity. It’s process. It’s a way of being with what’s true—without rushing, without fixing.
Ready to being
If something here feels familiar, you’re not alone. Start with a single session. No pressure. Just space to begin
Just Say Hello
You don’t have to be ready. You don’t have to know what to ask.
If something here has stirred something in you—a quiet curiosity, a question, a feeling you haven’t quite named—this is a space for that.
You’re welcome to reach out, even if all you have is a hello. I’ll meet you there.
